Built for the plate that breaks ordinary racks

The HC-B6020-66 starts life as a single 8 mm laser-cut S355 sidewall, not a welded box-section ladder. Sidewalls are brake-pressed into a 180 mm deep “omega” profile that carries six tonnes per drawer while keeping deflection below 1/300 span—half the Eurocode limit. Each drawer rides on four sealed cam-follower rollers rated 1.3 t apiece and induction-hardened rails that laugh at grit. The result: a 6 m × 2 m × 20 mm plate weighing just under two tonnes glides out with 22 kg pull force, no crane, no suction cups, no hernia.


Drawer movement that respects your crane time

Integrated pull-out means the drawer becomes a temporary table; the leading edge stops 300 mm inside the aisle so an overhead vacuum lifter or magnetic beam can pick the sheet without entering the rack footprint. Optional 24 V DC powered assist adds 20 mm/s traverse at the press of a pendant—handy when the operator is also running the laser.
